"H.R. 3221 As Amended; Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Tax Act of 2007" Congress.org - Key Votes
I found it almost histerical that 4 people did not vote for, or against the bill.. while 1 was a surprise, (Elizabeth Dole), can we all guess who the other 3 were that didnt even bother to vote?
Not surprising since they are all busy running for President. They should have to have a stand in for all the months they are on the road.
They should have something while they are on the road, or at least we need a process to have them step down during the election and allow business to continue in Congress.

I fear when the details of this bill emerge you'll be wishing the entire Congress could be shut down for the duration of a campaign season.

If I'm not mistaken, I think Bob Dole had to resign from Congress while pursuing the presidency. I guess the thinking has changed.
well i entered this thread thinking it was something else.
My basic feeling is that if u have the resources to be president in this day in age where EVERYTHING is corporate... ur prolly to corrupted to do your job right.
but, going onto the topic at hand, I think this is hillarious, but understandable...
