That would be Biden. He's leading in the General Election polls against Trump. Every D candidate has policies that aren't "I'm not Trump". However, it's the voters that really want Trump out badly and the voters want the D candidate that is most likely to beat Trump.
BTW - Illegals already get free health care in the USA, courtesy of Ronald Reagan (R). They simply go to a hospital emergency room, which cannot refuse them if they are illegal and cannot refuse them if they were there before and never paid their bill. So our tax dollars have been used for health care for illegals for many decades and this was done by a Republican president
First, I didn’t vote for Reagan, so what his legislation has to do with who is running on the D ticket doesn’t mean much to me. Second, Biden raised his hand when candidates were asked if their plan would provide coverage for illegal immigrants. Most indicators- polls, news programs, whatever - show that is NOT a popular stance with a majority of Americans. Time will tell, but I’m not so sure Trump fatigue will be enough for the Democrats to win. Not with this bunch and their everything-free talk.
Wait a minute OP. We had many celebrities tell us that they would leave the country if Trump won and they are still here.
These people have the money to relocate yet you are asking regular folks to uproot their lives and move to a red state to turn it blue.
That sounds like A LOT of work. Why can't the Dems do what they usually do by demonizing the opposition and stuffing the ballot boxes?
The Dems are so hungry for power that it is driving them insane and I expect them to try every single dirty play in their book as we approach 2020. The good people of this country can only hope that enough will turn out to carry the day and save us from their ridiculous antics.
1.Continue the hatemongering and violence toward cops. Keep on throwing feces and urine on ICE agents and Border Patrol.
2. Continue the apologizing for, minimizing of, and support of Islamic terrorists. Remember how even ISIS endorsed Hillary and Muslims are required to vote for democrats, so keep pimping for them.
3. Call EVERYONE who values our anthem, who respects our flag, who is patriotic, who wants national sovereignty and borders, who dares to say the pledge of allegiance is a RACIST!!!
4. Keep supporting and donate money to more of your leaders who advocate violence, harassment, and bullying of republicans.
5. Encourage even more fake news, invent even more fake conspiracies, fund even more more right wing hate-crime hoaxes, and character assassinations of anyone on the right with integrity or popularity.
6. Continue to create unbelievably expensive socialist programs and freebies for EVERYONE INCLUDING THE WHOLE THIRD WORLD if they can just sneak across our border which you should make clear democrats are helping them with.
7. Increase awareness of how anyone that’s become successful (unless they are in the entertainment business or sports), has created their own business, has become rich, or is white privileged is RACIST!! And probably a NAZI !!! Definitely greedy and should be taxed to Hell so you can pay for #6.
8. Threaten to leave the country if dems don’t win.
9. Remember that felons who vote always vote for democrats, so continue to work for felons

10. Oh .... and anything else that is so inspiringly stupid and idiotic so that just little more than half of the highly successfully indoctrinated left leaning fools can believe enough to vote for you....

As a republican the dems should see 2020 as their rebuilding/remolding/restructuring election. They are the Miami Dolphins of politics. President Trump is the political equivalent of Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots.
The Dem most capable of beating Trump was locked out in 2016. Since then, other candidates have copied some of his positions, but the shouting and rage indicates the whole party still hasn't learned much. Less shouting, less deploring, more listening, more conversing. They may start listening and learing next year, after one more vote.
Read an interesting article that said because of the impact of small states in the Electoral College that statistically it is more likely a close election will go to the GOP vs the Democratic candidate
So I am thinking that to turn some states that are purple into blue ones, people who can work from home or travel for work and basically just need airport service should consider relocating to areas that are poised to turn blue soon—relocate from say a heavily Dem majority state like CA to Kentucky and help push McConnell out—vote for McGrath...
In TX they could oust Cornyn and give TX electoral votes to a Dem candidate for president

That is great advice and I would add that they should continue calling those that do not agree with them deplorable irredeemables and keep telling us how badly we need the New Green Deal for the planet that we trashed and lets not forget about how safer we will all feel when all the guns are banned.

There should be a concerted effort to solicit younger voters maybe or retired ones with flexibility to relocate
