Will this be an issue if he is the nominee? Or just what the Obamaton's like to call a distraction from the real issues. Like character and integrity have no place in a presidential election.

Quote:
Obama’s relationship with Rezko grew closer in June 2005, when Obama and Rezko’s wife bought adjoining real estate parcels from a doctor in the South Side Kenwood neighborhood. Obama paid $1.65 million for the doctor’s mansion, while Rezko’s wife paid $625,000 for the vacant lot next door. Obama’s purchase price was $300,000 below the asking price; Rezko’s wife paid full price.

I don't think so.
Taken from your article...
Q. Does the senator think this development will have any impact on the presidential campaign or undercut the senator’s message that he is an agent of change?
A. No. In fact, Sen. Obama has been a champion of reforms that have made campaign finance laws more transparent so that the public can more closely follow the source of contributions to campaigns. As with any campaign, occasionally individual contributions are called into question. Sen. Obama’s policy in such instances is to donate that money to charity which is what he did in this case seven months ago when questions first surfaced.

Two dirty politicians (Obama and Clinton) don't make it right.

More excuses from the Obamatons.

Have a little intellectual honesty please - if this were a republican, you on the left would be all over it crucifying him.

You're known by your friends. Obama followers are too far gone to see the corruption and connections with the Rev Wrights and Rekzo. Independents and open minded dem moderates will see through the excuses. Just as Obama tries to tell us he sat through 20+ years of Wright damning America, he tries to convince us that he was unable to see behind the corruption of Rekzo as he set him up with a home. The trial of Obama's close associate, campaign contributor and home provider will go on throughout the election season and show Obama, at a minimum, of being closely connected with the corrupt Illinois political scene.

This is fair.
So how do you feel about this -> "The Al-Hanooti endictment, the Peter Paul lawsuit, and the Elton John (donation in-kind) from a foreign national raises serious issues and [are] much more important to the voters than a Rev. Wright story."

So Obama is just another democratic politician with close association to the corrupt Illinois dem party. . . . It won't come as a surprise to many.
