Ever busy pandering to the voters of the day, Obama appears to now be getting tough with that "tiny threat" of Iran, even sounding like he was ready to start bombing away. . . . From today's speech:
I will do "everything" -- "and I mean everything" to stop Iran from getting a nuclear weapon. . . .
"We will also use all elements of American power to pressure Iran," Obama said. "I will do everything in my power to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. . . . . We cannot unconditionally rule out an approach that could prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon."
The guy is and will continue to talk out of both sides of his mouth. His whole campaign is simply telling people what they want to hear. He's a politician after all.
moveon is a joke of an organization, that's the point. most normal people don't take them seriously. they don't like original thought or opinions. notice how you can't comment on any of their videos. silence the opposition. kind of sounds like the nazi's.
who the hell do I think I am? I know who I am, you obviously don't know who you are. I am someone with an opinion. this is a public forum. something a socialist such as yourself can't understand and will do what they can to silence the opposition. much like hitler did. barack obama is the most unamerican presidential candidate this country has ever known and I am going to laugh when he get crushed in the general election.
Amen to that. Anyone who has half a brain knows Obama is a socialist who wants nothing more than to turn us into the likes of Canada: a country with no testicles, nor the fortitude to know what to do if they did.
Now, I like Canada, don't get me wrong. Real pretty up there. But in a dogfight against Iran, I'd say Iran would laugh, call Canada a big pu*sy, slap 'er up real nice, and take over...and Canada would have to bend over and enjoy it, because Canada simply would not be prepared for it.
I don't want America to ever be like that, but if the folks in this country who have the rose-colored glasses on (that would be the under-30 sect and the extreme liberals) don't take them off once in a while to really see what is going on, we'll be opening ourselves up to a rather bad situation.
Boywithastick, you'd be wise to not come to this forum with that chip on your shoulder. You'll either be ignored or laughed at by those with some sense about them. People here like facts, not ignorantly-made comments peppered with immature bravado such as "Just wait and see" and "Who do you think you are". Otherwise, people might take your name literally and think you're posting from some www.inserthighschoolnamehere.edu (broken link) library.
