It's great that he doesnt rule out diplomacy. It's also great that he learns and changes, if that's the reason for this change. And it's extra great with a cherry that he's just proved he cares about America first and last.

He hasn't learned any priviliged information. He is either pandering to the Jewish community or one of his aids has been whispering Foreign Policy 101 in his ear. That's exactly what we can expect form an Obama presidency - empty rhetoric and on-the-job training. He is a typical politician, and to boot, he is one that doesn't have the experience for the job.

Amen to that. Anyone who has half a brain knows Obama is a socialist who wants nothing more than to turn us into the likes of Canada: a country with no testicles, nor the fortitude to know what to do if they did.
Now, I like Canada, don't get me wrong. Real pretty up there. But in a dogfight against Iran, I'd say Iran would laugh, call Canada a big pu*sy, slap 'er up real nice, and take over...and Canada would have to bend over and enjoy it, because Canada simply would not be prepared for it.
I don't want America to ever be like that, but if the folks in this country who have the rose-colored glasses on (that would be the under-30 sect and the extreme liberals) don't take them off once in a while to really listen to what is going on, we'll be opening ourselves up to a rather bad situation.

It's the Bush administration who has weakened our military strength overall. Instead of fighting and winning in Afghanistan solely, the Bush administration went after Saddam in Iraq which has left us losing two wars.

Days, maybe? Hezbollah has been quiet in Lebanon for a couple of weeks and Hamas hasn't been in the news lately. Who knows how many weapons they have trasferred over to Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon recently.
