At least conservatives don't eat rabbit feces for breakfast like democrats do. It's true, because I want it to be.

Oh, and to the half wit who stated that conservatives are hypocrites for being big Bush/Cheney supporters after their bailout of Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac: most conservatives support Bush/Cheney because the alternative of Kerry in 2004 was far, far worse.

Bush was conservative in 2000 and a liberal in 2004. The 2004 voters were just sellouts.

Fannie/Freddie bailouts are socialist to the core. You can feel comfortable with that label. I cannot.

Conservative? Bush/McCain supporters? Now that's funny!
Here is the issue with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae: The liberals in Washington FORCED the two mortgage lender to give out risky loans to people who are in the USA ILLEGALLY (No Social Security #, just a ITIN #) and to people with crappy credit.

Freedie and Fannie did NOT want to give thes eloans, but were forced to do so. The investors did not want to, but were compelled to do so.

If Washington made the mess

I think the GOP has learned its lesson. We won't have anotehr Iraq type war anytime soon.

Don't forget, the DEMOCRATS got America involved in every major War since the US Civil War.

* War of 1812-Jefferson Democratic
* Mexican War- Polk, Democratic
* World War I- Wilson, Democrat
* World War II- Franklin Roosevelt- Democrat
* Korean War-Truman-Democrat
* Vietnam War-Democrat. Ended with Republican Nixon pulling out.
* Kosovo War - Bill Clinton, Democrat

Only war started by GOP since Civil War was Iraq. Afghanistan was a NATO operation, it is not an American war.

Sarah Palin is a reform governor and she is conservative to the core. Extremely pro-gun and pro-freedom in every level.

Can you image looking this GOOD after 5 kids???

She is pretty, man!

As long as you also vote GOP for US House and US Senate, it's all good. We need CONSERVATIVES in order to hold up illegal alien amnesties.

Last thing we need is a liberal majority in Congress to pass a McCain amnesty or an Obama massive amnesty!! We need jobs for US workers, not more immigrants!!

See above. The federal government created the Freddie and Fannie messes. Not the investors.

I beg you for links to these statements. I'm begging you. Please.

Are you referring to the big push for an "Ownership Society"?

You need to take off your rose-colored glasses about "investors" and deregulation, too.

I don't disagree. He ran as a strong conservative in 2000 yet morphed into a liberal by 2004. I'm just saying that he was still a far, far better choice than the only other realistic alternatives.

And the bailouts are ridiculous, as are all instances of welfare, no arguement here.

I don't know should I laugh? So people that vote in America now for what they believe in are sellouts? But your not of course cause you voted for what you believed in.....or did you just not vote?

You can play the lesser of two evils game to your heart's content.

Dobson is supporting McCain. He's reluctantly doing so only because he's not Obama. That's called a sellout. Each of you who vote McCain because he's not Obama or Obama because he's not McCain are sellouts and have contributed to America's mess.

I resent that statement. Many women hold up just fine to the trials of child-bearing.

Perhaps the only thing you have to go on is your own experience? Perhaps your wife?
