I feel sorry for all of us. Every second wasted on this BS by the candidates and the media takes time away from critical issues like the war and fixing the economy.

Wow, this must be the only rational, civilized, sensible thread on here. I agree that too many unimportant, irrelevant smears are being circulated and sensationalized about both candidates. The issues are what's important. Safety of our country and economic stability and healing are important to me.
Talk about the issues, the war, the economy, whatever your issues are.
If you listen to what the media and the candidates tell you to listen to you will miss the really important stuff...which is the stuff that they dont want to talk about.

I didnt say NOT to listen to them, I said if you listened to what they TELL YOU TO listen to...there is a difference.
Basically, if they tell you something isnt important, be suspicious of that...any candidate that doesnt want to talk about something is usually trying to avoid something for a reason....and its not usually because its unimportant.
