because they were dispatched to Alaska to dig up stuff on Sarah Palin and what they have found is NOTHING. This was said in an interview of an Alaska resident/business owner with Laura Ingraham today. I don't have a link; just heard it on the radio today when I was in the car. He said the media has been pretty friendly and talkative to the people of Alaska and said they just feel embarrassed that they are up there trying to dig up dirt on her and they get up there and don't find anything.
Doesn't mean a thing - there are republicans in the media too, and I think it's pretty safe to say that anyone talking to Laura Ingraham is probably a republican...
Sorry, inaccurately read the original post - interview w/alaskan biz owner...but that's even less credible! It wasn't even a first-hand interview so I wouldn't put much stock in it...

Some might w/o names, but like I said, I misread your original post. It's even LESS credible and grasping, since it was an interview with a citizen who "heard" something a reporter complained about. What kind of interview is that? It's meaningless. I don't doubt it was said, though, and like I said originally there are republicans in the media! Of course they would feel that way if it was a republican reporter...no different than how you would feel.
Wait. You doubt there are conservative news reporters? Um...Fox...and I worked with so many conservatives when I was a reporter; there were some terrific newsroom debates rivaling this forum...
