CNN tonight, yet another clip of this unknown telling all of America, we will NEED TO GO TO WAR.

Something stinks in the state of Denmark everyone, and I'm certain Rove never read Shakespeare.

They are preparing for more......

Yes they are. Really soon in fact, probably tomorrow. Pack your bags you're being drafted didn't you notice? Every station on TV is freaking out and there are emergency whistles blasting in every community. War is imminent. Quick go learn a second language like Obama said, but Russian.

Is it a great idea to live your life and develop harsh generalized [wrong] opinions from "clips"?

THE OBAMA EFFECT: Instill a panic and hysteria about nothing so you can be the new charismatic leader a al Fidel, Hitler, Mussolini, Lenin, et al.

A bit of an exaggeration there, don't you think? You kind of skipped the NATO issue there:

Palin said she "definitely" supports a U.S. strategic alliance with Ukraine and Georgia because "the Rose Revolution, the Orange Revolution, those actions have showed us that those democratic nations, I believe, deserve to be in NATO."

The U.S. needs to strengthen NATO because it "is the group that can be counted upon to defend one another in a very dangerous world today," Palin said.

She added that the U.S. must be "vigilant" against potential Russian aggression and she would support future "economic sanctions perhaps" against Moscow.

"It doesn't have to lead to war and it doesn't have to lead . . . to a Cold War, but economic sanctions, diplomatic pressure, again, counting on our allies to help us do that in this mission of keeping our eye on Russia and (Russian Prime Minister Vladimir) Putin and some of his desire to control, and to control much more than smaller democratic countries."

Putin's "mission, if it is to control energy supplies, also, coming from and through Russia, that's a dangerous position for our world to be in, if we were to allow that to happen," Palin said.

Palin wants to play hardball with Russia

And what is her EXPERIENCE? has she attended meetings with leaders overseas, has she even visited the U.N. ...WHY ARE WE SUPPOSED TO TAKE HER COMMENTS AT FACE VALUE?.

I really want to know what she has done, not in Alaska, but with other countries....

Meanwhile, as the American media focuses on lipstick and a failed Bush Doctrine, Russian bombers have arrived in Venezuela and our ambassador has been kicked out.

My Way News - Venezuela's Chavez says US ambassador must leave

Russian bombers will return in days from Venezuela - Yahoo! News (broken link)

There's a hurricane in the gulf of Mexico that could disrupt US gasoline refineries.

Bloomberg.com: Worldwide

How is this related? Can someone tell us where our 4th largest oil imports come from?

Crude Oil and Total Petroleum Imports Top 15 Countries

Keep talking about the things that don't matter. It's all a guise to keep you distracted from reality.

Yep. The military is streched as it is fighting 2 wars. If we fight Russia, for sure the draft will have to be reinstated.

"Country First."

I wonder if Palin has read the definitions yet

It is beyond scary. I would love to see more gaffes and speeches she has made in the past, she has not even yet really been interviewed by major press corps.

Having been born during the cold war and seeing it come to an end in my teens, I don't think many people who are younger than me can even contemplate what war with Russia would mean. Just the economic issues alone would destroy both countries. Oh wait, mutual destruction. Where have I heard that before?

Same here. Unlike Afgan and Iraq, Russia can take the fight on American soil. War with Russia is not an option.
