This dem controlled congress promised us to be fiscal with our money and yet they are spending it like drunken sailors. Now to make up for that they have voted to increase taxes to pay for their mistakes.

[SIZE=2]In January, a Democratic congressional majority was sworn in that was elected in part by promising fiscal responsibility. The Democrats specifically pledged to limit spending increases and employ pay-as-you-go (PAYGO) budgeting to keep the budget deficit in check.

As their first year moves toward a close, it has become clear that the members of this majority have failed to live up to their promises. In just 10 months, Congress has passed legislation that would increase federal spending by a combined $454 billion over 10 years and raise taxes and fees by $98 billion over 10 years and has passed a budget resolution that would bring the tax increase to a projected $2.7 trillion.[1]

This is a real good read as to how this congress has broken all promises they made to get elected. See the pork barrel payouts of certain dems in this.

Now, who votes with these people 100% of the time, you got it, Barack Obama.

More spending and more taxes.

The Democratic Congress's 2008 Budget: A Tax and Spending Spree

Also note that I have said many times Obama tells us he wont raise taxes, well he is lying, they find other hidden ways to tax you so they can spend it.

Now wait. Are they the do-nothing Congress or the overspending Congress. I can't keep up with the flip flops.

Since the Andrea Aggassi Academy is 'solving' problems in North Las Vegas, and creating opportunities for children to break out of poverty, you may be barking up a wrong tree. Let's look at the billions that are going to the war, that are being squandered by private contractor's daily.

Let me make is easy for you.

They have done nothing, nothing they promised they would do.

The only thing they have done is hurt our economy, spend like drunken sailors and raise taxes on us.

So there you go, they are both do nothing and do screw us over.

This congress and their leader has been exposed.

What is your excuse for the facts then?

And Joe Biden voted for the war. Who would have thunked it?

The real facts are above, twist, spin and disregard the truth all you want.

What does the war have to do with this congress spending habits?

And Obama voted for funds to go for our troops until he decided to run for the Presidency then the moron flip flopped and voted to take away funds needed by our troops to protect themselves.

I think the Republicans have been supporting the drunken sailors and drunken Haliburtons too! The president sends emergency funding after emergency funding. Own up to the mess your party has caused. Bad enough you wrecked the economy, but at least be men/women enough to accept it.

Three out of the last four presidents (including the current horse's ass in the oval office) increased the deficit tremendously. One eliminated it.

Why are such dumb people making such idiotic posts? Grasp at straws, much?

Economy was just fine until dems took over.

Funny when the dems are exposed for their lies you have to come back with something Bush did.

Bush will be leaving soon, then what will be your excuses?

Thus you would not think they were feeding at the trough, just like I do not think Andre Agassi's Academy is pork. Point made.
