Are you dismissing that the first criminal act was committed by Governor Palin when she chose to use yahoo accounts to conduct business so the records of those communications would not become public? And that she also instructed her "people" to do the same. She even went so far as to admonish one of her employees for sending a business e mail to her .gov address.

Had she not been breaking the law in the first place the hackers would not have had reason to hack the yahoo accounts.
