The only way they can get people to come to a McCain appearance is if Palin is there, too. She won't be off the trail, but she'll be at McCain's side.

Thanks for your concern for Gov. Palin. If I was you, I'd be worrying about the gaffe machine Hairplugjoe. Didn't I read somewhere that he is starting to make little mewing noises about his "health"?

For her protection, may I suggest that we put her in a "popemobile"? She can smile and wave hands, while someone drives the buggy around. This will also ward off reporters, investigations, and thunderstorms.
