He's making a fairly general statement. Either candidate *could* win by a landslide.
In the case of McCain, look at how many states where Obama has a less than 5% lead. Factor in the Bradley Effect, and every one of them *could* go McCain's way.. that would be a landslide in electoral votes.
I don't think it'll be a landslide for either candidate, both popular and electoral votes will be within 5%.
It would be nice if headline writer would read the story first.

So "the polls mean nothing" (unless McCain is ahead), but the opinion of the president of the polling company is gospel????
