How unfortunate for Joe Biden who is suppose to be the foreign policy expert who absolutely has no clue to what the hell is going on in the world today.

Yesterday in Cincinnati, the gaffe machine Biden did it again.

Quoting Biden.

the surge is over, and the political reconciliation it was supposed to produce has not materialized.

What Biden said was a complete lie or he just showed us he is totally lost.

Why because of this.

Iraq reaches a major step toward national reconciliation.

As violence flared near Diyala, the Iraqi Parliament in Baghdad passed a law setting guidelines for elections to select local governing bodies, Sunni legislator Salim Abdulla told CNN.
The bill's passage by 191 of the 275 members of Parliament is considered a major step toward national reconciliation among Iraqi Sunni Arabs, Shiites, and Kurds

The surge is over Joe, since when?

Did the last lie you got caught in about your helicopter being forced down scare you so bad that you kinda forgot to check the facts before putting your foot in your mouth.

Joe Biden is no expert on anything other then lying and the creation of the gaffe counter.
