Given her less-than-stellar interview with Katie Couric, I'm sure the McCain campaign is looking for a reason to pull her from the VP debate. Here's my guess- she will announce some sort of medial emergency concerning one of her kids that necessitates her withdrawal. This is a move that will attempt to garner public sympathy and discourage criticism at the same time.

Now, before I get nasty messages, I AM NOT wishing ill upon her family. I am saying she will claim there is a situation which requires her to back out.

Thoughts?

Funny, the same is being said about Gaffe a day Biden.

Nobody is dropping out. And both will do fine in their debates.

I don't mean drop out of the race- just the debate.

Are you really comparing Biden's hiccup to Palin's "good guy/bad guy, trade is scary, Russia=foreign policy experience", etc., etc.?

More buzz about Palin's miserable mock debates and her campaign's desperate need to keep her from the real thing.....

I stand by my prediction.

Poor Sarah. It's not easy to suddenly move from the little league into the Big League, not even in hockey.

I think she'll drop out before next Thursday. Drop out of the race. I think McCain will bring in someone like Romney. I said this in a different thread, but I think this will be McCain's next "Hail Mary".

McCain's campaign will call her into the office:

In Bill Lumbergh's voice - "Uh, yeah, we thought a nice set of anti-gay boobs that could shoot a gun would win us this election, but uh, yeah, we're gonna have to let you go. Apparently you're scaring the public. So uh, yeah, we're not gonna need to to come in this Saturday, or Sunday."
