It will be interesting to see how many interviews the Governor acquiesces to between now and the debate. After the other day I'm certain the reporters will be more aggressive after any rally's as well.

You know, I almost feel a tinge of pity for Sarah right now. That woman must be more anxious than a pole cat in a room full of rocking chairs. After a most dismal week of interviews and even criticism from conservative members of the media, the thought of an hour or so debate with Joe Biden is likely to cause her to lose her lunch. No, no pressure at all Sarah darlin.

There's nothing worse than a 10 year old in a room full of grown-ups discussing politics. I don't know how Senator Biden and the Moderator will react, but I'm almost more interested in how they maintain composure. Katie's expressions were so fun to watch. Playing the interview on mute is an eye opener.

Funny you mention the mute button. I found a channel on the satellite called newsfix or something like that, where 8 cable news channels are on the screen at the same time. I usually leave the sound off so I don't have to listen to the blather. It is actually rather telling paying attention to only the body language and facial expressions.

Why is Obama being routinely referred to as "boy" by opponents? He's the only one that I've seen this term associated with. If there are other examples, please share.

I agree. I have NEVER heard a presidential candidate, or anyone in the political sector, for that matter, being referred to as "boy".

I don't even call my 5-year-old or 2-year-old boy, and they ARE boys. I can't even IMAGINE another mom coming up to me at school pick-up and saying, "So! That your boy over there?"

I mean WTF? Either this is 1810 rural upstate New York...or it IS a racial thing.
