I'm sorry, but one of the most important things that you do as a candidate is pick a running mate. When you are 72, it may be even more important. This guy picks Pailin.
That's soo... true! His mother may be doing well but his grandfather and father died at 70 and 71! He got that "Y" chromosome from dad and gramps, so he may be living on borrowed time at this point! President Palin - God help us!!!
I am sorry, but I highly disagree with BO saying we are ignoring the rest of the other issues because we are in Iraq.
Now he is blaming bad medical care due to the war in Iraq.......how does he get there?
Disclaimer: I am independent and seriously listening to both sides here.
...assuming the CNN audience meter is right Obama has had high marks with Dems, Reps. and Ind. McCain only Reps. I think that this is interesting. The meter goes down for both when the two attack each other....
Opinions? I think I'm siding with Obama. I like his plan for all Americans to have health insurance, he wants to end war, make some adjustments on spending, and he doesn't agree with tax cuts on ppl who make over $250K. I love his comment about "why give tax cuts to people who don't need and aren't even asking for it".
McCain seems to be babbling on and on. Granted he's faught in the war before and I give him credit for that, but his stories seem to be off-topic IMO. Obama is straight to the point and I like that!
I was very entertained when McCain said that Iran's economy is in terrible shape because of its awful government. So how is the U.S. economy doing, Senator?! (And yes, that could be aimed at both candidates.)
