Let's look into the future and speculate as to what will happen. I will go in reverse order.

Ralph Nader wins the election - will he be for 1 term or 2? Will he meet with favorable results in Washington? What will be his most significant acts as president? Will his VP have success down the road?

Obama - Will he unify the nation? what will his accomplishments be? Will he help predjudice in this country? Will he be good for black Americans? 1 term or 2? his VP... any future? main delimas? Will there be any attempts on his life?

McCain - will we see any difference than what we have? Will he live through his term? Will we see his temper reemerge in a public forum? 2 terms? his VP?

Do you get the jist? Im not looking for nasty comments but a realistic look of the good and te babd each will bring to the office.

Here is my guess -
Nader significant legislation - clean energy campaign where he moves us towards only renewable energy and we reduce the amount of imported oil.
He will meet with resistance in Congress to anything that goes after the corporate "thieves".
He will stop the war with Iraq and not get involved with Iran.
Medicare will become the national healthcare plan
Gonzales will get a national platform but won't make it to President
He will have a diverse cabinet and one minority will get national prominance
1 yerm - I think he would get the blame for a bad economy even though he was just picking up the pieces.
Special interests would want him removed from office because they werent getting their way. With the decline of US demand on oil we will see OPEC keeping prices dowm.
Social Security will modify because of changes in bailouts.
patents will be available for eminent domain, for the public good. No useful technology will be allowed to sit on a shelf.
reduced military spending due to smaller presence abroad and protection of national borders.

Obama - We would see more blacks in the cabinet and another would be seen favorably.
the war would last his entire 4 years, military spending would increase
We would invade Iran
There would be little done with energy, maybe ease restrictions for nukes to be built
a reduction in money sent abroad
good international relations and improved image of America
No real change with the economy
Special interests would be influencing policy.
No future for Biden, retire from public office
deficit will remain near 10T but no real decrease
significant changes in Welfare
No national healthcare changes
tax increase to the middle class and above
Wife will go for a social reform inititive. like homeless project. with moderate success..
ease on banking problems. a sluggish economy for at least 2 years.

McCain - continuation of war and escalation in Iran
increase in deficits to 12-15 T
1 term due to health, which may cause incopacitation in office
Palin will be viewed as a female Dan Qualye and be largely ineffective, if she takes over the office she will be overwhelmed and ineffective as a leader. McCain appointees will run te office.
Jobs will still migrate out,
We will see the lasrgest number of business failures in 2009 ( due to present policies not his)
The first lady will be liked and go after a target project.
No real change in world perception, more hostilities, some foiled attempts, Bin Laden won't be found. extremists will increase. massive expansion in afganistan that will leave us largely ineffective in the region, hostilities with Pakistan.
Oil will reach $175-225 / barrel our consumption will rise.
push to see evolution not taught.

What predictions do you have... good and bad but don't get into party bashing. each person will have good and bad what will it be?

I mostly agree with your predictions. I think they make a lot of sense.
However, I think Obama's war policy would be a bit more reigned in than you are speculating.
