Ok folks, I will open this thread 1/2 hour before the debate starts and will remain open during the debates. Please post all discussions relating to the debate here in the live debate thread. New threads about the debate while it is running will end up merged into this one. Once the debate is over, I will free this thread and folks are welcome to post their post debate thoughts wherever they like.

We had some fun with this during the last debate and I would even go so far as to say some of our members pointed out things that later became the weeks headlines. Looking forward to seeing you all here.

I will go with Palin pulling it out slightly because she will be able to connect to the real middle class people while Biden has no clue to who the middle class really is.
