"Nucular" doesn't have anything to do with any regional accent. It's has to do with proper pronunciation of an easy-to-pronounce, common word.

Yeah really. Like we haven't had presidents with accents before? Seems to me one of the best presidents this country has seen, JFK, had a pretty strong accent.
