Look, you are from Miami, You must know that once a Cuban steps on US soil he becomes US citizen, but he is not a natural born citizen.
He is a natural born Cuban citizen.
This Cuban cant be President but he can be a US senator.

Generally -- very generally -- you may not be naturalized unless you:

Quote:
1. Are at least 18 years old and a lawful permanent resident ("green card" holder);
2. Have resided continuously in the United States, having been lawfully admitted for permanent residence, for five years immediately preceding the date you filed your application for naturalization, or
3. Have, after having been removed from conditional permanent resident status, based upon your marriage to a U.S. citizen, having resided in the United States for one year after the date the condition was removed;
Plus more.

Interesting article on Philip J Berg, from 2005:

Law.com - Lawyer Slapped With $10K in Sanctions for 'Laundry List of Unethical Actions'

He's got a history of ethical problems. What a surprise.

And as far as this ridiculous birth certificate circus is concerned, why on earth doesn't someone--a judge, for instance--simply order another copy of the certificate directly from Hawaii's Vital Statistics bureau and silence the baloney from the wingnuts once and for all?

Wait, what am I saying--even that wouldn't satisfy them.

Despite my conservative nature, that is a team I would vote for. I'm not voting for Obama, and when the campaigning started, I vowed I would not vote for Hillary. How I wish we had her in this race now!

Is it B.S. when a person running for President has a cloud over his claim to citizenship to require that cloud be removed?

What's worse, this controversy about Obama's birth certificate? (again, since his Mom was a US citizen, that should take care of that) or McCain's refusal to release his health records without any conditions or strings attached?
This should be Obamas "October Suprise", to put the nail in McCains coffin (POTUS campaign).
Apparently, a main reason why is McCains melmona skin cancer is at a stage 3, which gives him a 67% chance of dying within 10 years.

Doesn't matter where the birth certificate is from IF both his parents are American citizens. If that were the case, there are military kids that wouldn't be "Americans" because they were born overseas. But since their PARENTS are Americans, so are they.
