I hate the wink! I actually yelled at the TV stop winking! She didn't listen LOL!
It makes her look like she is trying too hard.

I agree, I heard that others were referring to Biden as "Too serious" "Stuffy"? I thought the VP was a serious position? I mean what VP is actually that pompous to wink and give shout outs? Is this about the Vice PRESIDENCY OR A MISS POPULARITY CONTEST?
