When did senators become prosecuting attorneys? Isn't their job to manage the country? Any trials they hold should be senate house cleaning, not criminal prosecution. That is the job of the justice dept.

In ALL THOSE YEARS in Congress, you'd think he could have introduced a special bill or something to get this dangerous, domestic terrorist behind bars.

McCain is not in the Congress. And what is a special something? Is that the 28th Amendment I've been reading about?

Full Text of the Constitution of the United States | Freedom Documents

Read it. Get back to us when you find McCain's powers to bring people up on any charges like you're trying to.

The dems think senators are policemen too!

Why didn't Obama in his 3 years then since he knows him so well?

I know he was busy doing wrongful things to America!

From: Kids in the House - Learn About Congress (http://clerkkids.house.gov/congress/index.html - broken link)

What is Congress?
Article I of the U.S. Constitution states that Congress will consist of two separate houses. A lawmaking body with two houses is called a bicameral legislature. The two houses that make up the U.S. Congress are the House of Representatives and the Senate.

McCain has been a Senator, and a member of Congress for 26 years.

I don't know... an inquiry? an investigation? Now that Ayres has been brought up, I'm really concerned that we have a dangerous terrorist teaching at the University of Chicago. John McCain has had 26 years to hunt down this criminal....

I'm less concerned with McCain's inaction since this isn't what he was elected into the Senate to do. What amazes me more though is the false outrage by people on here especially the ones from Chicago who can protest his house. I cant flip through channels without seeing a group of crazy protesters in front of alleged criminals houses for what seems much lesser crimes. I mean turn on Nancy Grace for 5 minutes and thats all that you see. Bill Ayers address is in the phonebook, you guys should be protesting his house if you are so concerned.

The man works at a major University....no protests? I find it odd that McCain, in all his 26 years in power, hasn't seen fit bring this up until he's behind in the polls.
