John McCain said the nation needs "a cool hand at the tiller" and, later, "a steady hand at the tiller."

Who do you think would have the coolest, steadiest hands on our national tiller? Who would be less erratic, and more likely to confront our problems coolly and rationally?

Tillers do need steady hands, a firm grip and a cool head.

I want both OFF my tiller. Government should be kept small, all this government control has got to go.

That is why I am supporting McCain. Less government NOW!

Me, too. If Obama is as "brilliant as the mocking of his followers (above), McCain for sure is the best candidate, the "other one" is scary.
