Yes the Troopergate report will be out tommorrow. The lead investigator hinted that results would be pretty damaging to Sarah Palin. If so, its going to be a BIG hit to the McCain Campain tommorrow. Maybe thats why McCain was acting so weird in the debate. This could be on his mind and its been haunting him.
