pitiable?

I'm starting to feel for the guy, I know he was at the bottom of his USNA class but his statement today about Powell's endorsement of Obama but ridiculous.

When being told that Colin Powell (Chmn JCS, Secty of State, 01-05) had endorsed Obama McCain had the presence of mind to say.....and I've got Laurence Eagleburger's (Secty of State Dec 8th 1992-January 20th 1993) endorsement!

And of course in the best tradition of the Bush family, his appointment was a recess appointment.

You get your pick of door number 1, or door number 2. Behind door number 1 is one of the most respected Americans (among both Ds and Rs) of the last 25 years, behind door number 2 is a political hack whose most stellar accomplishments included being Henry Kissinger's bagman and (although never indicted) up to his eyeballs in every illegal act that Kissinger ever did.

Whooa, can I phone a friend before I make this call?

McCain/Palin2008-"no straw too small for our grasping little hands".

McCain and his followers have simply got to get on the ball and tell more lies about Obama.

Pitiable but I can't bring myself to pity him, he deserves the backlash.

I heard that and thought he what has a army of people endorsing him and it has made no difference. Endorsements don't make the person the person compliments the endorsement. MCCAIN reminded me of my kids fighting over who has more.
