Too bad Bachmann only watches Fox. Bachmann thought she was going to be thrown "softballs". It's probably caused her reelection.
Clip:
Bachmann told the St. Cloud Times on Tuesday that she "made a big mistake" by going on MSNBC's "Hardball," a show she said she'd never seen before her appearance last week. Her statement to host Chris Matthews that Obama "may have anti-American views" drew condemnation and helped her opponent, Democrat Elwyn Tinklenberg, raise more than $1 million in just a few days.
During an interview with the Times' editorial board, Bachmann said she walked into a trap and did not bring up the term "anti-American." Still, she said, "I should not have used that phrase."
Earlier in the day, Bachmann told St. Cloud Rotary Club members she would like to "take back" the statement.
...Bachmann said Tuesday she probably should have watched "Hardball" to see what it was like before she went on it.

She walked into the trap of her own doing. Matthews called her on her comment about Obama, and instead of backing down from the outrageous statement, she followed up with more outrageous statements. She got exactly what she deserved.
I guess she will learn that you can't unspeak once its out there. Glad to see Republicans are helping the Democrats this year get elected. It's so nice of them.

Yes, we're measuring for new drapes in the White House right now...
I think I'm gonna send her a bouquet of flowers (American-grown, of course) when Obama, Tinklenberg and Al Franken get elected Nov. 4. She deserves our thanks.
I am sure she is sad about her apperance now...Her opponant has raked in $700,000 dollars for his campaign to be elected in her place... Sure she is sorry...so sorry I bet she loses her seat in congress...only to be replaced by a blue one.
People are so tired of the Rep. negative jabs constantly being tossed out there. They just don't get it. What will it take??
Her hubris got her in trouble--thinking she can say what she likes without repercussions. It's a different world then when she got elected.
