I do not know a single Jewish person who is voting for McCain. Not a single one. Zilch. Have lots of friends who are living in Israel and they are all hoping that Sen. Obama wins this election.

What? They said Obama had a "Jewish problem"?

What about Iran? Don't American Jews want to go to war with Iran like McCain and Lieberman do?

I guess they want to live in a peaceful Nation where we use our resources to educate rather than kill??.... But what do I know?

I won't argue with you about your thoughts about Iran and Israel; believe what you wish. If that's the most important issue for you in this election, research it carefully, make your decision, and vote based on that issue.

My research doesn't lead me to think that the evangelical christian, rapture believing, radical right approach is the appropriate one to use as the basis for US relations with and support for Israel.

I live in the US, not Israel. I am a US citizen, as were my parents and grandparents. I am far more concerned about life in the US than our policy that may or may not affect Israel.

I'm far more disturbed by the idea of the US as a Christian nation ruled by fundamentalist christian radical right agendas impinging upon personal liberties than anything else. I value personal liberty; I'm pro-choice, pro public education, pro health care reform, etc. I value our constitution and the individual humans in our society. . .

Obama wants to have talks with "terrorists" ...without precondition???? Oh my!

That would put him in agreement with the overwhelming majority of Israelies...!!!

By a 2 to 1 margin! Poll: Most Israelis back direct talks with Hamas on Shalit - Haaretz - Israel News

That Obama is a little gonif he is.

Yeah but do you have any links to articles that say most Israelis are in favor of having direct talks with Ahmadinejad ?
