He did not put in effect the AVC security to hide the millions of fake name voters he has.
Anyone can put any fake name with a gift card in his donation pocket and you will never be known.
Guess Obama has millions of bundled names he will not release and now we find he is hiding even more donors by scamming people and their AVF security codes.

I can tell you someone used a All Access Gift Card and put in a fake name, fake address and it worked!
They put another All Access gift card in McCains and it got denied.

You'd have to have a credit card or gift card in that name in order to make a donation.

Buy a gift card, you can register it with any name on it. Then you cannot donate or buy anything you want.
