Tiger woods father is black. Do you really think asians look at tiger woods and see a asian male. Chris rock on his show that used to come on hbo. Went to new york and asked several asians about tiger woods race. They all said they didn't even know that he had any asian in him. And they thought he was just a black male.
When tiger woods one his first master's tournament. Remember the golfer who said maybe now we have to change the menu to fried chicken and collards greens. I'm sure that was a asian joke.
Im sure tiger woods got all the publicity he did because he was the first half asian golfer who was really good. Yeah right he got it because he was the first really good black golfer. The same as the william sister's in tennis.
Funny thing is, even though Earl Woods, Tiger's dad, is also part Asian (and white and Native), he saw himself, and America saw him, as a black man. Tiger is more Asian than his dad was, but America sees him, and Asia sees him, and the world sees him, as a black man.

And that annoys Tiger to no end. Any biracial who allows society to dictate what race they are is insecure. Tiger is not insecure, he always straightens people out and corrects them when they try to put labels on him... as it should be.

Credit for what? This is not an attack, btw, just a question.
Asians are often stereotyped as lacking a sense of humor or being uncreative. Also, they are not significantly represented in the media. They are sometimes shown are caricatures in film and television. Some people do not intend to offend Asians with insidious phrases like (ching-chong), but they don't think about them either before saying these them. Asians do not tend to usually make a fuss over these things in public, but it doesn't mean that they like the way they are portrayed. The same can be said for Native Americans.

Barack Obama is indeed America's first black President. To discount this in anyway is bigotry and America at it's absolute worst.
This is a great contribution to racism. People who can't stop making an issue of the color of their skin--bringing it up every chance they get as if everyone cares. He's Black and he's White, so what! To deny either side is to deny the whole person and who he really is. If you support him, accept him for who he is and let up onthe Me black, you white crap.
Again, maybe. I happen to think they're sending an irresponsible and, frankly, mean-spirited signal. There's a larger issue at hand, though.
Let's accept that he is biracial, despite the fact that it's a gross oversimplification. Obama is undoubtedly a person of color. He was born from a Kenyan father. He spent a good chunk of his childhood in Indonesia. He came back to an America that considered him, apparently until he won the presidency, as a black man. To other individuals of color, he is a symbol rather than a racial caricature. We can debate his scientific, however nonexistent blackness/whiteness all day. Culturally, he's a huge paradigm shift for America.
