No, it was a step-grandmother, in other words a different wife of his grandfather's. And she didn't say anything of the kind! The interviewer put the words in her mouth. Her lack of comprehension of English and his lack of comprehension of her language contributed to the confusion. This is all documented here on City-Data. Do a search.
There is a huge difference between those who didn't vote for Obama and those who would overthrow the will of the American people with a bunch of BS legal arguments - probably for the simple reason that they can't accept the fact that their country has actually elected a Black man as President. I suspect such folks are pretty racist - and I have NO respect for them whatsoever.

I've heard that stat a little differently. There are lots of wing nuts with lots of conspiracy theories about 9/11.
