Why are you revising history? Do you think all wars are just? Vietnam was not just, and even it was more justified than the Iraq war, which was not an ideological struggle gone awry, as was the case in Vietnam of an Asian nation turning communist.
Iraq, on the other hand, existed only for the financial gain of those who started it. In a few days over 30 oil companies will auction for the rights to wells in Iraq, the first time in decades that their nationalized industry will again be up for grabs to multi nationals like Exxon and Shell.
Now that pesky Saddam is out of the way, the money can start flowing again. Too bad so many had to die to make a profit.
Oh well.
I am not "revising" history. I am asking if you think the presidents I mentioned were "war-mongers."
And you do realize the number of Democrats in Congress who voted to resume military action against Iraq?

First off, if you are not revising history, you are taking it out of context.
I agree that many Democrats voted "in favor" of giving the necons the option of war as a last resort, but this legislation was offered up under false pretense:
1) There was no threat posed to the United States by Iraq. The Bush Administration DAILY repeated that this threat existed. Either they were wrong, or they lied.
2) All the Pres. you previously mentioned acted in response to attacks on the United States, an attack on our ally, or the inevitable result of competing interests that turned to war, be they the Soviet Union or China versus the United States. Not even that most flimsy of justifications was available with Iraq. The worst of those mentioned was Vietnam, a bloody lesson of deceit and foreign policy failure that we blatantly disregarded in STARTING a war of aggression on Iraq. This makes the decision to invade this country more egregious than the others.
THAT decision is SOLELY the responsibility of George W. Bush, the Commander in Chief. He sold it and he owns it. Right along with all his neocon friends
The signing of the Frank/Dodd - 2005 Home Ownership Act of America, which brought us the bank failures, housing collapse, and the brink of destruction.
And the fact that he was so bad that America now has a full fledged Socialist in charge.
The Bush/Clinton/Bush/Obama dynasty. 21 years and counting. Will Free America survive?
I will remember that he protected the country, and I felt secure, and the economy, for most of his two terms was robust. Not so with Obama. I feel threatened, not only from him, but from our external enemies, and our economy is down the tubes. It will be years before we recover, and things continue to get worse. I wonder if America will ever be the same again. I don't think so.
Biggest Liberal president we had till the O man. Spend spend spend and do nothing good for the country! Took away more of our freedoms than all his predecessors. Number one worst president till now. That is till Obama beats his record.

PS: McCain was no different by the way.
I see it as Reagan/Bush/Bush/Obama ??
Clinton left us with money in the bank and all of the work we wanted.I didn't agree with some things Clinton did(signing Bush's baby,NAFTA was a HUGE mistake IMO),but there is no way that anyone with a half of a brain would put him in the "League of Idiots" that Reagan and the Bushes belong to.

It's a shame the republican president lied out of hear rear to convince them to do so
