Oh well, I guess Obama's the first president ever to lie. The article states it'll effect those making 200K or more instead of the originally proposed 250K. That still excludes me and the majority of Americans.

I understand what your trying to say, but man! Its bad out there! Do you see a recovery? See things getting better? Did the stimulus really help? Where are the jobs? No stimulus checks for us in 2010? I dont get it? I think they are all crooks! Prove me wrong! Trust me, i would Love to see obama heal things, I just think he's not improving America.

Things are fine where I am. the small business I work at is up about 15% from last year, people are buying bigger orders, the people at the IRS here also said I should be getting a refund check. Things seem fine in North Jersey.

Thats great news! No joke! But overall, do you see a recovery? I'm originally from Long Island NY and my friends and family there tell me things are getting worse. Are they correct? How would I know for sure. Currently I reside with my family in Las Vegas Nevada. Its much, much worse here then it was 2 yrs ago. Tons of lay-offs lately, housing keeps dropping, crime on the rise! Tons and tons of stores closing. Personally I do not see any improvement. Now, I understand and know these things take time, but i feel the stimulus was an excuse to eventually tax the middle class. How can we produce jobs when they are all being sent to China and other countries. Like I said, I really hope obama can help/heal America. I just don't think they have that in mind for us. I say its all a scam. Not sure exactly what they want. Socialism? Communism? I don't know! But somethings up! We do not agree on much, if anything. But if your doing well then awesome!

If Obama can *********, he will. He talks and all you see come out of his mouth is baby drool. Over 25% of his presidency gone. Nothing accomplished except lies and a lot of travel around the world.

But hey, the economy is getting better, yet man are still losing their jobs. I am selling Rose Colored Glasses. Get them while they're hot.

This guy needs to do something already. He is a disgrace.

If taxes go up, then I take a different job that was offered to me. Tired of seeing my tax money going to others then my own country and tired of seeing useless spending.

2012 can not get here fast enough for me.

Me personally I think we are recovering. What part of Long Island? I don't know much out past Nassau County but I know in the city Bloomberg is putting a lot of people out of work. I don't know much about Vegas. Part of that might be all the new casinos sprouting over SoCal...
