I wider how blonde people similar looking to northern euopean arrived in Europe; if genes rom ancient migrations from up north.. Or local adaption.
All we can say..observing far people like Japanese whose country range from 43 to 33 latitude is that they all have skin type III more or less, but still black hair.. And not the dark brown majority commonest in Southern Europe..and still found in Middle East and North Africa.
Perparim hatemaj, is an Albanian name..but can sound Finnish I bet. So yes a good well integrated immigrant . He looks even Finnish .
For him less heavy to integrate.
I belive mousy brown hair are typical of northern Italian latitude btw..I think it s adaption.. Even in my region full intense brown sarts to become rarer.

You really have to stop this latitude crap, it's not leading anywhere and it doesn't hold any merit.
Finns, like for example the Sicilians and Basques are genetic isolates, as all descend from very small populations. Still, we have all colours:
Above 45 latitude starts huge depiemtation on hair color
Skin type III starts at least above 35 latitude.. But I m not sure
The people dis costing from te huge median from that place hold recents genes arrived from elsewhere.
Peoples 'colouring' is all about genetics and nothing to do with latitude or else Chinese people would be different colours from North to South! The truth of the matter is Caucasian Europeans can have any colour hair whether they're Finnish or Spanish!
No..chineses in the south are probably darker than manchurians.
Thai are darker than them
European can has all lift color because European living above 45 or near that parallel starts to depiemtation also hair color..genes involved in pigmentation could be put down by the environment..or mutation rapidly arise because body needs depiemtation to sintetize vitamine d

The 'darkest' skinned member of my family is my youngest daughter, she has the same skin colour as say Denzil Washington, after living her whole life at 50 degrees North it doesn't seem to have affected her 'colour' in any way! Also she has darker skin than her own sister. Like people have repeatedly tried to tell you, it has everything to do with genetics and nothing to do with 'where you live'
Yes, but some generations mutation arises eventually.. One or two generation are maybe a short time..but it will arise..mutations will arise
But that doesn't answer the question why she is different to her sister, and in fact my skin 'tone' is different from my sisters when we have identical family histories? I'm sorry your reasoning is flawed, its perhaps the way people thought in the UK 100 years ago!
