Who caused the African countries to be in the hell they were in when they were just freed less than 60 years ago by whites?? Haiti is paying France because they revolted and freed themselves. That's billions every year just because you're not a slave but you blame blacks? No black person runs anything in America but since you point out Detroit you left out DC and Atlanta both booming majority black cities. Oh and Botswana Namibia Mauritius Senegal Ghana and many other countries in Africa that's only been free from whites are safer than america already lol
