How does the nightlife in Amsterdam compare to clubbing meccas such as Berlin, Barcelona or London? I know Amsterdam is a smaller city than the other three I mentioned but I'm curious as to what the general vibe of the nightlife is like. Is Amsterdam more of a dancing/club city or a relaxed bar/pub city? Would someone who loved dance clubs and live music be satisfied in Amsterdam?
By the sounds of it (coming from friends...) it's the greatest night out in the world! You can legally get high and have sex even if your ugly (As long as your an ugly person with money, if your good looking - like me - you don't have to pay! Just find a consenting hot Amsterdamer!)!
amsterdam nightlife is great but I wouldn't call it the best in the world.... not when you have places that are truly crazy and 24/7 like seoul, buenos aires, rio, bangkok, mexico city, etc.
