When we were in Madrid last summer we saw Graffiti on every wall and open space. It was poorly drawn and made a beautiful city ugly. Driving from Madrid to Segovia the Graffiti was everywhere.I felt sad.

I don't know, it's part of the cities. Actually I kinda like it, I always find funny things written on walls that otherwise you would not even look at.

Of course not everything is at that level, but I find it pretty cool that they exist.
Seems to me that the grass is always greener in your neighbour's garden.

I mean, as an Italian I hate those graffiti all around the cities, they make the place look dirty, messy and untidy. And that's a shame, since Italy has arguably the most stunningly beautiful cities in the world (though Milan is not one of them).

OTOH, I love how French cities are kept free from graffiti, they look superclean and tidy.
And I love them even more since a view France as the country that Italy could be if only it was more serious and disciplined.
I mean, Italy and France share many cultural traits, we are both great at food, wines, fashion, arts, architectures, etc. That's why I think Italy would be very much like France if it was more serious and organized.
