In my defense, I go at the absolute slowest periods. The gym has about 5-10% utilization at those times. It is common for there to only be one other guy using the free weights.
I like to walk a bit between tough sets.

I switch wristbands halfway into rowing the indoor rower. And later on I move both bands into the weaker wrist. Nothing there, but it's a psychological habit when rowing 5000m or more
I've been trying to add old fashioned carries to my workout routine. Get odd looks when I do waiters walks, suitcase carries or farmers walks. But they work and don't care about the looks I get.
which part? the farting or watching women? watching women is kind of gross.
