In my defense, I go at the absolute slowest periods. The gym has about 5-10% utilization at those times. It is common for there to only be one other guy using the free weights.

I like to walk a bit between tough sets.

I switch wristbands halfway into rowing the indoor rower. And later on I move both bands into the weaker wrist. Nothing there, but it's a psychological habit when rowing 5000m or more

I don't think it's odd to go during nonpeak hours. I despise a crowded gym.

Well I meant the walking between tough sets. I figure the really uncrowded gym keeps it from being an obnoxious habit.

I've been trying to add old fashioned carries to my workout routine. Get odd looks when I do waiters walks, suitcase carries or farmers walks. But they work and don't care about the looks I get.

I have noticed the women leave more bum sweat on the black seats than the men do

Possibly coz the dudes wear loose outfits and the fluids don't percolate down that much

That's why I do weights at a time when the crowd is less. Too much bum fluid can be scary and only "few" responsible people try to wipe it off pronto.

geez how much fluids are we talking about here? enough to...scoop up in a container and pour in the bad neighbors mailbox? I'm just wondrin'....
