Well Im 25, and Im 6'4'' around 290 LBS and for the last 3 years I have been that weight. but recentley I have been bench pressing for a week and the results are just outrages.. My Biceps are really growing fast. Now after bench pressing only about 120 LBS I heard Chocalate Milks builds Muscle? so I have been drinking a little of that.
I eat alot of Animal protein which I know can be bad. but in only a week Ive lost 2 LBS. My wife said my face is slimmer. and I quit lifting for 2 days but I didnt want to go back to my own poor lifestyle of Burgers and no exercise. Im watching alot of Jack Lalanne Video's as he motivates me.
But to anyone who thinks they cant do it... stop thinking that because you can. Its just really hard sometimes. I would get motivated whatever works for you. My goal weight is 240 LBS, I plan on acheving that.
Congrats to you! You can do this! I just lost 120 pounds the hard way (change of eating and exercising) and it does make a difference. You are awesome! Keep up the good work!
Congrats and keep up the good work. I definitly know how you feel. I just started running on August 10 and now I run 3 miles aday. If someone were to say to me before that your going to become a runner I would have just laughed and said noway. I absolutley love to run and hope to be running 5 miles per day here soon. Way to go......
Good luck to you guys too losing the weight and making those goals... It seems that since I exercise Im not as stressed and im in a better mood.. kinda weird. but hey it works!
