Yes, we all have bikes, although I do mountain biking.

The main reason behind the recumbent is my wife has difficulty riding a normal bike due to medical reasons. So the Doctor suggest a recumbent bike. She does have a lowered 3-wheeler that she rides on her good days. Now me personally, I got used to riding the recumbent bike while traveling. A lot of the places I stayed at had one and was hardly used...so I never had to wait for it like a treadmill.

Well the recumbent is probably going to have to wait until tomorrow. I got to playing around on the new boxflex gym and my arms and lats are sore! I'll post some pictures once I get all that trash picked up

It was another long day but I decided to start breaking in the new Bowflex

2-sets of Lats = 30lbs
2-sets of Curls = 15lbs
2-sets of Curls = 30lbs
2-sets of Leg lifts =30lbs

This was just a starter to check out the new equipment etc. I plan on hitting it hard tomorrow

Today's work out: I'm going to keep the weight low for a while as to tone up some.

2- sets of 20 Chest Flys = 30lbs
1 -set of 10 Chest Flys = 50lbs

2- sets of 15 Bench press = 35lbs
3-sets of 10 reverse Bench = 35lbs (not sure of the term)

I'm still planning on some treadmill time this afternoon.
