Very, very inspirational! Agreed, diet & cardio/weight lifting is the key.

I am jealous of an older woman who has a better body than me,the 30 year old.

Its got to be genetics though, because she doesn't have stretch marks or cellulite.

Pretty impressive.
That should be titled "73 year old woman with a 73 year old body that doesnt look 73 years old". She does NOT have the body of a 20 year old.

Ol Ernestine has been around for a while. Glad to see she's still getting attention and being living proof that we ALL need resistance training as part of being healthy into our later years.

You would think, but I hear all the time that one should exercise harder/longer to lose weight. Diet is the first key element.

Default Genetics

Sure, the genes have a significant effect on longevity, and on how well someone ages. But the genes don't affect the results 100 percent. Genetics will determine the potential for someone's lifespan and the age to which that person can maintain excellent health and fitness, but it still takes the right choices about how to live in order to realize that potential. Genetics map out the route, and determine how long a road is available to a given individual, but you still have to drive the route, avoiding dead-end detours, in order to reach the destination.
