So because I'm bored I've decided to take a introductory Muay Thai class on 6/4. I'm excited because obviously it would be a great workout and it would be fun to be able to kick some azz. Anyone else done it??

Cool. Ive done it. My ex bro in law was a Thai fighter in Thailand. I did it in Bangkok and watched him fight in Lumpinee stadium there. Also trained with a friend who taught it at a Thai temple here in L.A. My wing chun sifu is also a muay thai coach and we "play around" with it every now and then. Its cool.

So is auto-erotic asphyxiation, and you might end up less bruised.

Good luck with it!

Muy Thai is insane. Perhaps others in the MMA forum could give you more pointers as well. Good luck!

So I decided it wasn't best for me to be all kung fu for the day. So the 18th as I have to work next Monday..But I'll keep u guys posted for sure!!
