DEFINABLE abdominals are visible under dim lighting AND/OR being in a flexed state.

....when women (with abs) are in a relaxed state their stomachs look flat.

"6 packs" are noticeable under special conditions. No one (with abs) walks around with clearly defined abs all the time.

Don't men have clearly defined abs?

Women with a flat stomach is okay, but not a well defined six pack. Women with hard defined muscles is definitely not a turn on for me.

I think us women look best when we're lean with some definition, but I've always felt that the truly ripped abs were features that men should strive for. While I certainly have nothing against the women with super-shredded abs (I think most women bodybuilders do, in fact, look awesome), I feel that it takes away from one's femininity when they have overly-ripped abs that are so defined and built that you can tell they have a six-pack even if they're wearing a shirt.

Nah, I don't find it attractive. Having those bumps on ladies makes them look manly.

I just felt like I needed to reply to this forum because I have struggled much of my life with accepting myself for who I am.

I have always been attracted to athletic and muscular women since I knew what arousal meant. We all grow up surrounded by men and women who believe that 99% of the human male population is either into boobs, into butts, or is gay, and that men are "supposed" to be strong, and women are "supposed" to be weak.

As a result, when I found out what I was attracted to, which really came into fruition when I was about 15, I started hating myself as a long time. I still do. The fact that the only way I knew how to masturbate was to watch a workout video or watch women flexing their muscles, still holds true today. I heard other guys talk about things like pornography, which I am not really in to. I have tried to talk to friends about this, and while none of my close friends had similar attractions to me, they all "accepted me for who I am".

I also don't like to "dominate" or "take control" of a woman...the only times I have ever been turned on by a girl is when they were aggressive and came after me...the submissive types were always a turn-off, and my dick would shrivel up the more I had to pursue. So essentially, I am a submissive male who likes muscular women. I have tried to accept myself for a long time and have failed. Also I am a virgin and am 26 years old because I have not met a woman who I like who feels the same about me. If anyone has advice please post

A woman with a six pack, or defined abs is absolutely SEXY and BEAUTIFUL. Im a guy and I prefer a woman with defined abs. We are not talking huge bodybuilder types, we are talking healthy, athletic, fitness types which are COMPLETELY different than bodybuilders.

Most women I know as well would die to have abs like this because they also find it sexy.

I personally, don't find it that attractive. Ive gone out with women with define six packs and it was just strange; almost boyish. I prefer a bit of marbling on my women.
