I think the six pack is what makes Jenn Suhr attractive...
I am very soft and naturally lean. My stomach is flat but I don't have a six pack. Actually I prefer it that way. I just think defined abs look masculine on women and I want to look like a lady.
There's a huge difference between serious abs and normal abs. I'm not completely defined but you can see I have abs there. Theres a female FF in my gym who completely looks like a dude. Its really unattractive...
Yes - to an extent. Athletes like Heather Mitts and Alison Felix, absolutely.
However, when you go too far and can hardly tell if its a woman or man from the neck down... no. Carmelita Jeter is one that comes to mind... same for the womens 100M champ from Jamaica. The other extreme are the marathon runners.... they often have 6 packs... but they have almost no 'tone' .. its really just skin, muscle and bones... which is not exactly attractive either.

What the F is tone? When most people refer to being "toned" they're simply talking about low body fat. Are you saying there is a floor for the BF% you consider being "toned"?
Not on either men or women. Toned but soft. There is no reason a women should have so little fat her abs are like a washboard. Unhealthy.
