Its been little over a year, and 2 rounds of p90x and 1 round of p90x2. small weights, increased twice on the dumbells. thanks
So Ascension...Now that you've done several rounds of P90X, are you ready for Shaun T? Insanity will destroy you! But in a really, really, really awesome way! I hate it. But I love it!

Ive done insanity for 2 or 3 weeks before, but it was little too intense for me and didnt have enough strength training. I just see it as an insane cardio program, while i see p90x as a complete strength and cardio program. I was really worn out during the insanity try and noticed my muscle diminishing as well. Right now I just mix and match all the dvds i have, so during any given week, i may do some p90x dvds, some p90x2 dvds and perhaps 1 or 2 insanity workout like pure cardio. usualy do 5-6 workouts a week, and take the weekend off.
I'm on Weight Watchers and am also increasing my activity level across the board significantly, though I'm not doing any of those programs like Insanity. Just walking and going to the gym more and doing stuff like mowing my very large yard with a push mower instead of a riding lawn mower - that sort of thing.
I've lost 14 pounds and have about 14 more to go - half way there! I've already dropped from a size 16 to a size 12 - yay, me!
I will post photos of the wonderful me when I reach my goal of a size 10! I am tall so a size 10 looks good with my height.
But seriously - I can really tell a difference in your waistline. Good job.
