Another good story about exercise and its benefits for the human body as a study of 7,800 people (18-70) showing that regular exercise reduces the risk for deadly Leg and Lung Blood Clots. There's more to it in the story

Thanks for the thread;
It's not a bad idea to take at least 81mg of baby aspirin or enteric coated, to keep the blood thin enough to flow through the arteries. I think everyone should be tested for DVT; another somewhat silent killer; (deep vein thrombosis);
But yes definitely exercise to promote good blood flow throughout the body is always a plus; Not that I do it all the time LOL; Seriously I'm trying to do better in disciplining myself to exercise at least once a day, Especially now that the Holidays are here (The High Calorie Season")

Good advice.... It might be wise for the over 40 crowd who are just starting to exercise to take a baby aspirin about 30 min before just to be on the safe side.

One caution with taking baby aspirin. If you have a sensitive stomach (prone to excess stomach acid or ulcers), even one baby aspirin per day could cause a very slight ulcer to get worse. If in doubt, check with your doc first.
