Im looking for a workout partner to train Mon-Friday, pref afternoon times. Right now I train at my house since i have all the equipment I need, but ill be signing up for a gym again soon since its nice to be in that atmosphere.
About me:
Im 26, training off and off for a while, havent worked out in a 4 weeks though. Was a Personal Trainer. When I train is mainly compound exercises with some isolation thrown in. Workout lasts about 30-50 min depending on routine.
Registered dietitian with an MS in nutrition and exercise phys. Hoping to compete in late 2014 or early 2015. Right now lifting four times a week with conditioning on off days. What area of LI?
Also studying for the ACE exam to take on private clients. Day job is dietitian in clinical setting.
