I know some people, myself included who do all the right things to avoid getting injured, but get injured anyway, all the time. I sprained my ankle a month ago and just a couple days ago hurt my back, it's crazy. I also know people who treat their body like ****, overtrain, don't warmup, don't stretch, all sorts of stuff and almost never get injured. Why is this?
My younger brother is like this! He was playing basketball the other day and sprained his ankle. Luckily nothing major, thank God. He used to play football for fun with friends and he twisted a finger. He seems to get hurt very easily. I have no idea why, he isn't being rough or reckless. I guess maybe you just have to be more careful, maybe your limits are more easily reached. Don't do anything overly strenuous until you figure out why. Talk to a doctor, maybe you need to change your diet or something. Good luck though, I understand the frustration, my brother gets that way too.

If all human being are the same, everyone's ligaments and tendons should be the same strength and no one should get injured more easily then anyone else.

I've always looked at it like some people are built like pick up trucks. Can use and abuse themselves, but they keep on going. Myself on the other hand am built like a finicky European sports car, spend a lot of time tweaking things, getting the right fuel but once I figure everything out I can go full speed for a 8-10 hour hike/run up in the mountains.
Have noticed this in a lot of women, physiologically they are not built for running but try anyways and wonder why they are injured all of the time.
