In no particular order:
~ To look good.
~ To feel good.
~ To be good.
~ Its fun, I enjoy it.
~ It feels nice to be complimented and hit on by the opposite sex.
~ To stave off the inevitable ageing process.
~ I enjoy challenging myself - to reach health, fitness, weight, and performance goals.
~ It makes for better, stronger, longer lasting, super frequent, more intense sex.
~ Its mentally and spiritually beneficial.
~ It reduces and dang near eliminates stress.
~ My energy levels are always high. Despite being a parent, working two jobs (one of which is very stressful), and having to shuttle 7 year old around town for music lessons, ballet, gymnastics, birthday parties, social events, etc.
~ I sleep much better and wake feeling well rested.
~ have a great deal of self worth, self confidence, and energy/aura in my personal space that comes from setting exercise goals, consistently working my a$$ off to achieve those goals. People have described this as having a certain "PRESENCE" in my space, energy, aura, etc.
