I was able to do 10 pull ups then me and a buddy did a pyramid work out with pull ups and he assisted me when I got to around 9 of them and my arms were swollen and they hurt a few days after now today a week later i cant do any pull ups not even 1.
maybe find the medical subforum and a physician could give you a clue - I'm guessing you strained a tendon in the arm (tendons attach muscle to bone) and that after some rest you'll recover....
probably did some muscle damage and probably some structural damage.
take some advil and get it checked out by doctor stat
